All of packages are shipped with tracking code by EMS shipping company.
Tracking code starts to be traceable online within 2-3 days after we ship the order.
This is because it takes about 24-48 hours for our packages to pass export custom clearance and after order is on the way to your doors it starts to be reflected online.
Australia orders are shipped via non-traceable post only to ensure better delivery rate. So they can be traced only from our shipping warehouse location till Australia boarder.
You can use 17track.net to check the status of your delivery as soon as we provide tracking code.
But tracking codes start to be available on USPS.com (for USA orders) or any local registered post sites in 2-3 business days after that.
If status of your package is not changing during 10 business days then it’s time for you to contact your local post office with our tracking code. They should be able to provide the latest update on it.
If you find any of our product arrived unsealed or damaged please send us video file of unpacking. This will allow us to claim products price from shipping company.
If in a rare chance package is stopped on custom you need to send us picture of seizure letter. We offer one free reshipping or 50% refund of your payment in this case.
